UnderManga Party privacy policy
Understand how UnderManga Party handles local gameplay data and the technical services needed to run the game.
1. Publisher and contact
UnderManga Party is developed under the independent studio name UnderKivo, a project run by an individual creator rather than an incorporated company. For privacy requests or questions, contact contact@underkivo.com.
2. Playing without an account
Local multiplayer can be played on a shared device without creating an account. Player names or nicknames and hidden roles are used during a session. Scores, recently used character pairs, your language preference and display choices may be saved to local storage on your device. These help the game remember settings and avoid repeated characters.
3. Playing without registration
UnderManga Party version 1.0 is a guest-only local game: no sign-in or account creation is offered to players. If you used an account during earlier testing, some account information may still be held by the underlying authentication provider. Contact contact@underkivo.com to request information or deletion.
4. Content, hosting and technical information
The app connects to Base44 services to load game characters, universes and pairs. Base44 and the technical services supporting the web app or mobile wrapper may process connection data such as IP address, device or browser details, server logs and error diagnostics as needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
5. Why data is used
Game data is used to provide the play experience and remember device preferences. Technical data is used for hosting, reliability and security. These purposes are based, as applicable, on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and reliability, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Service providers and transfers
Base44 provides the app platform and infrastructure services; Apple or Google may process data when you obtain the app through their stores. Sign-in is not enabled for players in version 1.0. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under their applicable safeguards. 7. Storage, retention and deletion
Local game history and preferences usually remain on your device until you reset them, clear the app or browser data, or uninstall the app. Technical service data is retained according to service operation, security and applicable legal needs. If you previously signed in during testing and would like information about or deletion of account data, email contact@underkivo.com.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Contact contact@underkivo.com. People in France may also contact the CNIL at cnil.fr.
9. Features not available in the first release
Public online multiplayer and in-app purchases are not enabled in the initial version. New features, including advertising, may require updates to this policy.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated when the game or its services change. The current version is dated 7 November 2026.
