UnderKivo website privacy
How underkivo.com handles visitor preferences and contact messages.
1. Publisher and contact
underkivo.com presents the independent UnderKivo Games Studio project. Contact: contact@underkivo.com.
2. Language preferences
The site stores your explicitly chosen English or French language in your browser's local storage so it can restore the selection. English is used by default. You can erase this setting by clearing the site's stored browser data.
3. Technical data
The website is created and hosted with Base44. Connection and technical information, including IP address and diagnostic or security logs, may be processed to deliver, protect and maintain the site. UnderKivo has disabled optional Base44 page-view analytics and has not enabled marketing referral tracking for visitors at launch.
4. Email correspondence
The contact link opens your email application. If you email contact@underkivo.com, your email address and the information you provide are used to handle and reply to your request. Messages are kept for the time needed for correspondence or applicable legal requirements. The website does not operate a contact form.
5. Purposes and legal bases
The language preference supports the feature you select. Technical processing supports site operation and security. Email processing is based on responding to your request and, where applicable, legitimate interests or legal obligations.
6. Services and transfers
Base44 is operated by Wix.com Ltd. and may use infrastructure providers and process some data internationally. Its privacy policy is available at base44.com/about-us/legal/privacy-policy.
7. Your rights
To ask about your data, request access or erasure, or exercise other applicable privacy rights, write to contact@underkivo.com. You may also contact the CNIL at cnil.fr.
8. Updates
The website does not currently offer payment or advertising. Any future analytics, advertising cookies or similar tools will be disclosed and subject to the legally required choices. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
